This year, Parent Petroleum will be hosting its Customer Business Forum (“CBF”), an exclusive, bi-annual event designed to provide thought-leadership content, educational workshops, and a trade show forum for its customers – fuel and convenience retailers, auto service centers, and commercial and heavy-duty lubricant outlets. As one of our preferred partners, we are delighted to invite you to this year’s CBF! At this exclusive event, you and your team will have the opportunity to showcase your products and services to our customers in a private environment. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

* Preferred Vendor – As an exhibitor at the CBF, you will receive advertising promoting your company. Your services and contact information will be shared with our customer network for the next two years as a preferred vendor of Parent Petroleum. This includes but is not limited to listing in our customer notebooks and customer account portal.

Additional Exhibitor Services – To enhance your exhibitor booth experience, we have partnered with Midwest Conference Services as a general contractor to assist with your trade show booth setup, Midwest will be able to assist with the shipping and storage of any materials for your booth if traveling from out of town and any special needs for your booth. Additional exhibitor special services requested with Midwest will be billed directly to you. Once your registration is complete you will receive additional details on how you can maximize Midwest’s services.

CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT:

Cancellation requests received in writing up to 45 days prior to the event date are refundable at a rate of 50%, in the form of a credit for a future event and/or service with Parent Petroleum, Inc. Cancellations received within 45 days, or fewer, days are non-refundable.

FORCE MAJEURE:

In the event that the trade show is prevented or made commercially impracticable due to Acts of God, natural disasters, weather, wars, civil unrest, revolutions, strikes, terrorist attacks, lockouts, pandemics, government restrictions, or any other cause beyond control of Parent Petroleum, Inc. each party will be notified of the force majeure condition and will be issued a full credit for any paid exhibitor fees that can be used at a future event or service with Parent Petroleum, Inc.

INDEMNITY AND LIABILITY:

In consideration of your participation in this event, you, on your behalf and on behalf of your heirs and representatives, agree to hold Parent Petroleum, Inc., its directors, officers, agents, employees, and related parties harmless from any personal injury, property damage, loss, expense, illness, delay or inconvenience which you suffer and which arises out of participation in the event. As in any group, social, or public setting, the risk of accident or injury, and a risk of potential exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses, including but not limited to COVID-19, exists. Participation in this event may subject you to the additional risk of a communicable disease. Parent Petroleum, Inc. disclaims any liability for exposure to COVID-19, or any other communicable disease, virus, bacteria, illness, or injury, and by your participation you voluntarily assume all risks and agree you will not hold Parent Petroleum, Inc. its directors, officers, agents, and employees or its related parties liable for any resulting illness or injury suffered as a result of participation.
